**Store & Inventory Operations Coordinator, Kent, WA**
Role Description
This is a part time, on-site role as a Store & Inventory Operations Coordinator at KP Couture in Kent, WA. As a Store & Inventory Operations Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operational efficiency, seamless processes in shipping, inventory management, and overall operations. Your meticulous attention to detail and sharp decision-making skills will be crucial in enhancing the company's performance. You'll serve as the primary liaison for retail inventory matters, resolving any issues promptly. Setting the benchmark for operational excellence, you'll strategically organize our back-of-house operations to maximize profitability and maintain inventory accuracy.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Packaging & Shipping:
- Ensure accurate and timely shipment of all orders for KP Couture.
- Pull, pack, and ship items according to the KP Couture standards.
Transfer Receiving:
- Receive and organize inventory shipments from our team in India in a timely manner.
- Notify the India team promptly via WhatsApp regarding any transfer-related issues.
Order Pickups/Delivery:
- Schedule and manage order pickups according to designated days.
- Ensure timely fulfillment for custom/online delivery orders.
Upkeep Coordination:
-Take items to the dry cleaners and tailor as needed.
-Coordinate with the store team as needed.
Inventory Management:
- Hold a quarterly inventory count and ensure for accurate inventory listings.
- Regularly log inventory and submit reports as required.
Supplies Management & Organization:
- Monitor and replenish packaging materials and other supplies as needed in the store including supplies for the store operations.
- Coordinate replenishment from India for packaging when stock levels are low.
- Ensure organizational integrity of back-of-house areas and display inventory.
- Ensure all items in the back room are accounted for and organized at all times.
*Additional Tasks:*
- Assist with inventory coordination for photoshoots and pop-up events.
- Attend events and assist with stylist team needs as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in operations, shipping, or inventory management preferred.
- MUST be able to lift 25-30lbs.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

**Creative Content Intern Role**
Role Description
As a Creative Content Intern at KP Couture, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our marketing team to create engaging content that drives brand awareness and connects with our target audience. This role is perfect for someone passionate about fashion, storytelling, and digital media, who is eager to gain experience in content creation, social media, and fashion marketing.
This is a 6 month, part time (6-15 hours/week) role, which is unpaid, experiential internship for college credit, and comes along with a clothing allowance.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Content Creation:
- Assist in creating fashion-centric content for our website, blog, and social media channels.
- Social Media Management:
- Work along side our social media manager to help come up with content for our social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest), creating posts, stories, and reels that highlight new collections, promotions, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Fashion Research & Trend Spotting:
- Stay updated on Indian fashion trends, traditional textiles, and emerging styles to inspire content that resonates with our audience. Suggest fresh ideas for campaigns, blogs, and visual content.
- Video & Reels Production:
- Create reels and TikTok's showcasing styling tips, traditional fashion insights, and outfit ideas to drive engagement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Indian fashion and traditional attire, with a keen eye for trends and style.
- Proficient in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest), with a passion for storytelling through visual content.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write engaging, fashion-forward copy.
- Experience in photography, video production, or fashion styling is a plus.
- Ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
